"Nutrition info is super easy to find"
I really like that Just Salad puts the nutrition info right where you can actually see it. I was going to say it’s a small thing, but it makes a big difference when I’m trying to pick something that fits my day. Simple, clear, and genuinely helpful

I use the Just Salad app a few times a week, mostly because I’m too lazy to stand around deciding what to order in person. The menu loads fast, customizing my salad is straightforward, and checkout doesn’t drag on forever, which is the bare minimum but somehow not every app manages it.
I like that it saves my past orders too, so when I’m busy or already blaming work for ruining my lunch break, I can just reorder in a couple taps. No major issues so far, and it’s made grabbing lunch painless

"No spills at all!!!"
I ordered from justsalad.com the packaging was super solid!! The dressing actually stayed where it was supposed to, and the bowl didn’t leak all over the bag... which is always a win. So nice when lunch shows up clean and not a messy disaster!!!

"I always end up coming back"
Bottom line, I keep coming back because the salads are just consistently good. The veggies always taste fresh, the chicken isn’t dry, and the portions are solid. My last order was ready really fast too, and everything looked clean and crisp instead of soggy like I’ve had at some other salad spots.

Pickup was super easy, which always makes me assume the rest will go smoothly too. Delivery was mostly okay—nothing really major went wrong, just a couple small things that kept it from being perfect. Overall, I’d say it was a decent experience.

A friend recommended I check it out for that reason, and I’m glad they did. I do wish some of the dressing details were a little easier to find, but overall it’s really helpful.

"Pretty quick and easy checkout"

"Decent for a quick lunch, but a little cramped"
I stopped by Just Salad for a quick lunch and it was okay overall. The place looked clean and had a calm vibe, which I liked. The only thing is the seating feels really tight, like the tables are close enough that once it gets busy, you’re kind of… yeah. It’s not the most comfortable spot to sit and eat, but if you’re just grabbing something fast, it works. Not bad, just nothing that really stood out.

I’ve tried a few different Just Salad locations, and they’ve all been reliably good. The portions are consistent, the staff usually keeps the line moving, and my order tastes the way I expect every time. It’s just nice not having to wonder if it’ll hit or miss 😄

"Pretty good lunch spot, just needs more dressing"
I’ve ordered from Just Salad a handful of times now and it’s usually really good. The chicken tastes fresh, the veggies have that nice crunch, and the spicy dressing is flavorful without being crazy hot. I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because sometimes they barely put any dressing on it, and then the whole bowl feels dry, even though technically it’s still the same salad. So I guess that’s not a huge deal, but also kind of is. Still, it’s a solid option when I want a quick lunch.

"Support helped, but the wait was annoying"
I had a problem where my order wasn’t showing the right items in my account, so I reached out to support. They were polite when they finally got back to me, but I definitely spent way too long waiting in the queue and then still had to wait a couple days for a proper reply.
To be fair, they did fix the issue in the end, so it wasn’t a terrible experience. I just wouldn’t call it quick or convenient, especially if you need help right away. Overall, it was fine, but the waiting part was frustrating

"I got my Just Salad order today…"
I got my Just Salad order today and everything matched what I picked from the email receipt. No missing toppings, dressing on the side like I asked, and the bowl was labeled correctly too. It sounds simple, but I really appreciate when an order comes exactly the way it’s supposed to.
